1. 12-1 P.M. --- we had the meeting with Dr. Sudhakara babu, Dr.Rajagopal
Dr Uma,Dr.Kairam,and Dr Sriram. Discussede about the ex. committe work and future decisions anything to be done.

2. 1-4P.M. ---- regular meeting with all the doctors of AMC. who attended

1--- Dr. Sudhakara babu ( President of Amcana) Spoke. He introduced himself.
He wants to update the addresses and e-mails of all Amc alumni doctors.
He spoke about the scholarships or sponsoring needy medical students for their education purposes.
He want opinions from any of us how to involve more members to take active part in our organization. If anybody have any questions they can contact any one of the committe members.
2---- Dr. Sriram Sonty( Treasurer) spoke about the Global meet.He showed the Global meet video, and talked about how success was it.
He talked about Amcana history and showed the video.

3----- Dr.Sudhakara babu ( President's report)
Showed the video about the programme regarding the scholarship's and sponsoring the needy medical students for their education. He asked if any body wishes to donate for that purpose can do so.
please encourage our friends and every AMC alumni to take active part and play an important role in AMCANA association.
4----Report by DR. Sriram ( Treasurer) He gave the full report of the finances. and etc.
5----Elections--- Decided the same executive commtte will continue for next two years.
Few more new members joined into the asssociation.
6--- Dr Sriram spoke about the bylaws.
7--- DR. Malik Kalepu, Dr. Chalasani Prasad, Dr. Radha Sarma and few more doctors spoke about the new projects, And about fund raising and also to get more young and junior doctors to involve in the association .
8----DR.RajaGopal Nandyal( Elect President)
Spoken about the GOLABAL meet ,how success it was.He took a major
role to represent as president of AMCANA since Dr. Sudhakara babu (President)could not able to attend the GLOBAL MEET.Discussed about CME to conduct every year in India.Atleast one lecture from U.K. doctors.
Discussed about further improvement. To get more younger doctors who had interest in the associaion.
9--- Dr. Kairam ( past president) -- spoke about the CME. And showed further interest in Amcana's role in developing educational activities at AMC. library.
10---Dr.Uma Penugonda(secretary) -- spoke about the Global meet. It was indeed a great success.
She said she was very proud to be an AMC student and alumni to attend the AMC GLOBAL MEET organised by AMCOSA (27th- 28th December 2008)at Visakhapatnam,India.
She said she had great opportunity to meet all her old friends and professors after a long time. It was a very wonderful joyous and happy feelings.
She reguested every body who attended the meeting on july 4th to get in touch with their friends to become life members of Amcana.
She thanked first everybody who attended the Global meet .
Finally thanked each and everybody who attended the AMC reunion meet at the TANA conevention on 4th JUly at CHicago.

11---Adjournment

From 4 P.M. to 5 P.M. Executive commitee had a meeting.
Points of discussion are:
1. About the future plans regarding CME's
2. About the donations to medical students.
3- About arranging the AMCANA reunion meet in 2010 at Lasvegas.
4- Other financial matters.
